Our 4th quarterly meeting was attended by 25 members and 19 guests. The speaker was Mr. Oliver Loyal, the 1st place essay winner sponsored by The Sons of the Republic of Texas.  Oliver presented an excellent talk concerning Stephen F Austin and his diplomatic endeavors.
